BURN GUIDE
Do you get frustrated when your candles tunnel and leave unused wax all around the edges? Same.

Candles have memories, so your first burn should be what we call a ‘full burn’.

Burn for at least 3 hours for the first time so that the melted wax reaches the edge of the glass jar.

Before re-lighting your candle, trim the wick to 5cm to get rid of any ‘mushroom tops’. A good kept wick will help your candles last longer too.

Please burn responsibly. Don’t leave your candle burning unattended, or near flammable materials, children, or animals - and take care when touching the hot jar.

RE(UP)CYCLING

Our candle jars are made of glass so we would love and appreciate it if you could recycle these responsibly or even better, up-cycle! To do this, place the jar in warm to hot water to loosen the remaining wax, then remove the wax and wick from the jar. Wash the jar gently with warm soapy water. Use your empty jar to store earbuds, jewellery, pens, whatever - there’s nothing you can’t do with an empty jar.

The box your candle comes in is also re-usable. Strategically, the sleeve comes off the box leaving it un-branded and ready to be re-used as a gift box, or the perfect place to store your jewellery or other items - the options are endless!
